Tinted Lip Balm Activation

Fluorescent PR have been creating a buzz with Burt’s Bees for over a decade. From being viewed as a single SKU Lip Balm brand in Holland & Barrett to one of the most well-known natural lip, skin & babycare brands, we have worked with the Burt’s Bees team to create a series of exciting activations that brings the brand to life.

We were asked to raise awareness of the Burt’s Bees Tinted Lip Balm collection to re-introduce the brands best-selling range. We created a Burt’s Bees pop up with a Press and Influencer breakfast at Petersham Nurseries alongside a 3D graffiti social activation reveal in the Covent Garden Plaza. The reveal included creating a content generating photocall with influencer, Fresh Lengths. The social activation was then unveiled to the public for that must have Instagram moment.

 

THE RESULTS

The Burt’s Bees Tinted Lip Balm activation was featured in mainstream UK print and online publications and enjoyed huge success across social media generating over 85 pieces of coverage. This reached over 5.5 million readers with securing over £250k worth of coverage.

A wider customer base has been established and the brand has seen steady sales growth across their Lip Balm Collections.
